Red Alert
Dream: I woke up in my bed and started looking at the foldable halogen lamp screwed into the night stand.
I noticed that the lamp had this sort of male connector on it what you see in AGP graphics cards. I rose into a sitting position. I had some kind of a box in my right hand containing two CDs. And on the night stand there was a Red Alert 2 game box. I had this idea that I could somehow play Red Alert 2 and upload the maps and missions from Command & Conquer: Red Alert to it.
I needed to have the two Red Alert CDs in the mysterious box. CD1 was there, then there was some kind of an orange shareware games collection CD. I replaced it with the CD2 of Red Alert. Then I connected the Red Alert 2 box with the other one containing the first game and then connected the set with the lamp.
Analysis: How logical. >_>
The lamp looked exactly how it is in real life. Fascinating.

Actually, while your idea is completely possible, I doubt it happened. It was just more realistic-looking than most usual objects in dreams - if you just remember what it looked like, it can look hellova realistic in a dream too.
