Rat king and boats

Dream: There was some kind of a cartoonish rat with a tall hat who had a... stupid companion. They both had boats (or ships) they needed to be pulled somewhere by another boat. The rat told this another guy something about kings deserve their ships to be pulled like that. The tender pulled the rat's small boat, which was pulling the stupid guy's large boat (or ship). All attached to ropes. The owner of the large boat was happy, but so was the rat, who was very evil and thought that only he deserved to be pulled and that he's the king.
